Wash the pickled vegetables in clean water and soak them until the saltiness is almost gone. Prepare other ingredients.

Cut the pickled cabbage into small pieces, soak the dried broad beans in advance until soft, peel off the skin, cut the dried chilies into sections, and shred the green onion and ginger.

Heat the oil in a pot until it is 50% hot, sauté the dried chilies until fragrant, add the onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the meat filling and stir-fry until it changes color.

Add an appropriate amount of salt (I soaked it for a long time and it almost lost the salty taste), stir-fry for a while, and then add some water to stir-fry (because I brought some water with the pickled vegetables and broad beans, so I didn't add water).
