Preparation: Soybean sprouts.

Leeks, garlic.

Cut the leeks into small pieces with a knife.

Boil the soybean sprouts in a pot of boiling water.

Take out and drain. Set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
