Add eggs, water, cooking oil, white sugar, high-gluten bread flour, salt, and yeast in sequence to the bread bucket; knead the dough to the expansion stage and ferment for 30 minutes.

Remove the dough. Divide into three parts, 70g for chocolate dough, 210g for regular dough, and the remainder for matcha dough.

Take 90g of ordinary dough to make the face (bottom), divide 1 ball of 10g chocolate dough to make the mouth, divide 2 balls of 15g chocolate dough to make the eyes, take 30g of ordinary dough and add it between the two eye doughs.
