Oven version of ants climbing a tree
Overview
Making Ants Climbing a Tree in the oven is relatively simple. I replaced the Pixian Douban with Laoganma Soybean Sauce Spicy. It has a different flavor and is very simple and easy to make. Covering it with tin foil can keep the temperature high inside and will not dry out the surface of the vermicelli

Add soy sauce, salt, pepper and cooking wine to the minced pork, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes

During this period, add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add the vermicelli and cook for 5-8 minutes (the crystal vermicelli used is more resistant to cooking, ordinary vermicelli only needs to be soaked in warm water until it is transparent and has no hard core)

Add salad oil and Laoganma to the vermicelli, mix well, then add onions, ginger, garlic, green peppers, diced carrots, and marinated minced meat and mix well
