Steps
-
Prepare ingredients.
-
Clean the octopus (the stall owner will usually kill it for you. It is best to tear off the gray skin on the surface and remove the ink from the eyes after buying it). Cut the tofu into small pieces and prepare appropriate amount of shredded ginger and garlic.
-
Heat oil in a pan, add shredded ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.
-
Then add the octopus and stir-fry.
-
Drizzle with a few drops of rice wine.
-
Add appropriate amount of water and bring to boil.
-
After the water boils, add the tofu cubes and continue to simmer (tofu is difficult to taste, so you can add an appropriate amount of salt in advance).
-
Simmer until the water is almost dry, add appropriate amount of soy sauce and salt to taste, and finally sprinkle with chopped green onion.
