Pumpkin assorted baked rice
Overview
As the name suggests, baked rice is a kind of food covered with fragrant cheese. It is a perfect combination of cheese and rice. Pumpkin baked rice may be relatively rare in restaurants outside, after all, it doesn’t sound so fancy... But I love simple but ubiquitous ingredients ~ whole grain delicacies like sweet potato, taro, corn and pumpkin ~ what I often ate when I was a child may be a kind of country sentiment ☺️☺️ Anyway, I love pumpkin in all kinds of ways. I haven’t eaten baked rice for a long time. Today I thought about making a simple pumpkin baked rice because I have pumpkin at home and all kinds of messy ingredients in the refrigerator (so it’s assorted🙄)... I love life, love food, and love making homemade food after busy life and work💪🏽

Prepare the ingredients and wash them. I steamed the pumpkin puree in advance and crushed it with a spoon☺️

Heat the oil in a pan over low heat and slowly sauté the onions until fragrant

After sauteing, add pumpkin puree, butter, salt, and a bowl of water, then add chopped meatballs and ham, cover and cook over low heat until the water dries out (be careful not to burn it when you turn it over)

Cook until the water is dry, then add the rice, turn off the heat and mix well

Then put it into a bowl that can withstand high temperatures and spread some onions, corn kernels, ham sausage, cheese slices, mozzarella cheese granules, a little tomato sauce, and chopped basil to add flavor...

Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes. Once the cheese is melted and slightly browned and fragrant, it’s ok😍

The finished product is as golden as the sun and has a warm color. I really like eating the pumpkin series! 😌The aroma of cheese, pumpkin, cream and basil on the surface is well-defined and rich in flavor (Anyway, the homemade ones are delicious🙄🙄🙄haha)
