Original Peanut Nougat
Overview
I saw everyone busy making nougat, and I have always wanted to do it. I read many recipes, but I have never seen one made with olive oil. This time I tried making it, and it is no different from the one made with butter. You can use olive oil instead of butter. The only difference is that olive oil is more expensive than butter.

Steps
-
Prepare materials;
-
Put the peanuts in a preheated oven at 170 degrees and bake for 5-7 minutes;
-
Rub the roasted peanuts to remove the red skin;
-
Put olive oil in a non-stick pan; heat over low heat to the smallest circle;
-
Add marshmallows and stir-fry;
-
The marshmallows melt after being heated, so stir them constantly to avoid burning the pan;
-
The marshmallows I used did not become very thin, so I added milk powder;
-
Continue to stir until the milk powder is absorbed by the marshmallows;
-
Add the roasted peanuts and stir; you can turn off the heat at this time;
-
After mixing evenly, pour the sugar into a non-stick baking pan,
-
Use a non-stick cloth to press it to the desired size;
-
When it is warm to your hands, cut it with a sharp knife;
-
Wrap the cut nougat in sugar paper;
-
The beautiful nougat is ready, it’s good to eat for yourself and give away to others.
