Overview
I bought ten kilograms of new garlic to help the farmers, let’s make some crystal sugar garlic. After waiting for a month, today I can finally eat the crystal garlic that I have been longing for.

Prepare ingredients.

For purple-skinned garlic, remove the outer skin and keep only the tenderest part inside. I peel some of them directly so that they are easier to eat.

Put into clean bottles.

Add table salt.

Soak garlic cloves in light salt water overnight, changing the water several times to remove the spicy smell of garlic.

Remove the garlic cloves that have been soaked overnight and let them dry. They must be completely dry to prevent the garlic cloves from rotting due to water.

Put the white vinegar and sugar into the pot, cook until the sugar melts, turn off the heat and let cool.

Pour the sweet and sour sauce into the container, cover it, sterilize the inside of the container with white wine, add garlic cloves, and put it in a cool place for about a month before eating.
