  1. Ingredients: fried fish, ginger, chives, coriander, garlic, enoki mushrooms, Pixian bean paste. red pepper.

  2. Chop the coriander, chives, ginger, and garlic. Cut the red pepper into small pieces, remove the roots of the enoki mushrooms, wash them, and tear them into small pieces for later use.

  3. Heat the pan with cold oil, add Pixian bean paste and stir-fry.
