Ingredients: fried fish, ginger, chives, coriander, garlic, enoki mushrooms, Pixian bean paste. red pepper.

Chop the coriander, chives, ginger, and garlic. Cut the red pepper into small pieces, remove the roots of the enoki mushrooms, wash them, and tear them into small pieces for later use.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add Pixian bean paste and stir-fry.

Add ginger, coriander, minced green onions and minced garlic and stir-fry.

Add white pepper and add water. Add balsamic vinegar, dark soy sauce, salt, sugar and MSG and bring to a boil.

Grill the enoki mushrooms in a flat layer and set aside.

Before serving, add remaining chives, coriander, minced garlic, and red pepper. Pour together.
