Wash the soaked sea cucumber.

Add some water to the pot and some onions and ginger.

Add sea cucumbers and some cooking wine.

Boil to remove the fishy smell.

Cut the pork into small cubes.

Chop onions and garlic.

Heat oil in the pan, add onions and garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add diced pork and stir-fry.

Add some soy sauce and stir fry.

Add appropriate amount of water, add sea cucumber and simmer over low heat.

Add some water starch.

Simmer until the soup thickens and add some salt and mix well.
