Prepare the ingredients, cut the onions into large pieces and cut the ribs into sections.

Put the ribs, onions, lemongrass, galangal, lemon leaves, and coriander roots into the pot, and add cold water to cover the ribs.

After boiling, add fish sauce, light soy sauce, and a little salt to taste.

Bring water to a boil and simmer over medium-low heat for at least 40 minutes.

Chop the coriander and set aside.

Chop chili peppers and garlic cloves.

Add coriander, sugar, and lemon juice.
