Steamed Bean Curd with Bacon
Overview
Bean curd and bacon go well together. Bacon is the sublimation of pork, and yuba is the essence of beans. After being dehydrated and concentrated, they have undergone a gorgeous transformation. Soak the yuba in warm water, squeeze it dry, cut into sections, slice the bacon, place them on a plate one by one, add chopped pepper and black bean to enhance the flavor, steam over high heat to let the aroma of the bacon blend into the yuba. Although the method is simple, it is very delicious!
