Grape Cookies
Overview
The grapes have drunk the nectar of spring, basked in the sunshine of summer, changed into autumn green clothes and purple clothes, and applied a little pink and white. Hiding shyly under the leaves with a sweet heart, just waiting for the moment of harvest. I like the beauty of grapes. The clusters of amethysts are crystal clear among the vine leaves, so delicate and charming. I use delicious food to depict the myriad gestures of grapes in my heart, waiting for the wind to blow by and the subtle fragrance to float by. A tangible and meaningful grape biscuit to share with everyone.

Prepare ingredients: low-gluten flour: 125g, unsalted butter: 50g, powdered sugar: 30g, whole egg liquid: 20g, fruit powder: appropriate amount, matcha powder: appropriate amount
-
After softening the butter at room temperature, add the powdered sugar and beat with a whisk until fluffy.
-
Add the beaten whole egg liquid in three batches and beat with a whisk until all the egg liquid is evenly absorbed.
-
Sift low-gluten flour into the beaten mixture and knead into a dough.
-
Take two small pieces of the original color dough and knead in the fruit powder and matcha powder respectively.
-
Wrap the three-color dough in plastic wrap, roll it into a sheet, and put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
-
Take out the chilled dough sheets. Place a piece of oil paper under the dough sheet, cover the dough sheet with plastic wrap, and roll it into a sheet about 2mm thick.
-
Cut the four sides of the dough neatly. Divide cookie body into six equal portions.
-
Roll out the green dough into thin sheets and use a mold to press out the shape of leaves.
-
Shape the purple dough into grape fruit shapes of different sizes.
-
Arrange the grape seeds and leaves on the main body of the cookie as you like. After assembly, use a knife to cut off the connecting portion of the grapes on each biscuit. Place each cookie a little further apart.
-
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Place in the middle rack of the oven at 160 degrees for 15 minutes. Cover with tin foil for the last two minutes to prevent coloring. Please increase or decrease the baking time and temperature according to the quantity you bake and the conditions of the oven.

I would like to share a song "Ode to Grapes" with everyone in the Western Garden. It is cool and tender in the evening, and I can enjoy picking grapes in full bloom. The shelf is full of high-supported purple ropes, with a branch of gold hanging at an angle.

The sky wind rustles the leaves, and the sound of butterflies makes the rain clear. The divine dragon lurks in the cold pond on a clear night, but thousands of wet clouds cannot fly.

The beauty of the Shi family travels to the golden valley, with lush green curtains and coral hooks. The jade plate is newly introduced into the Chinese house, and the bead tent is hung high at night without being collected.

Shengyou remembers the scenery back then, the fresh air was so refreshing that it made my hair feel cold. Laughing at the distant sky in the bright mirror, drunkenly leaning on the silver bed to see the autumn shadows.
