Cut the green eggplant into two and place in a large bowl.

Cover with plastic wrap, poke a few small holes in the plastic wrap, put it in the microwave, and heat for 7 minutes.

It's still green when I take it out.

Add minced garlic to the pot and saute until fragrant.

Add millet and stir-fry for a while.

Add salt.

Add light soy sauce.

Add oyster sauce.

Cut the eggplant into strips and place on a plate.
