Stir-fried dried eggs with kidney beans
Overview
The kidney beans are smooth and crispy, and the dried eggs are full of sauce. These two delicacies are mixed together with a hint of spiciness. The feeling of putting it in your mouth is really wonderful.

Wash the kidney beans and red peppers separately and cut them into thin strips. Cut the dried eggs into thin strips of the same size (don't cut them too big, you can cut them crosswise in the middle first, and then cut them into strips). Cut the garlic into mince.

Add oil to the pot and heat until 40% hot. Add kidney beans and stir-fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Add shredded red pepper, minced garlic and dried eggs and continue to stir-fry over low heat for about 1 minute.

Add soy sauce, appropriate amount of salt, and stir-fry evenly.
