Cut the cleaned lamb leg along the leg bone and spread it out but do not cut it.

Mix all ingredients with scallions and ginger.

Marinate the leg of lamb with the prepared seasoning. During this period, keep massaging and turning it over to let the flavor soak into the meat. The marinating time depends on the saltiness of each person's taste.

Place on the second level of the oven, set the temperature to 200 degrees, and bake for 40 minutes.

After 40 minutes, flip the skin side over and bake for another 20 minutes.
