Gluten Braised Pork
Overview
There are too few people who don’t like braised pork! Today I recommend pairing the rice dish with gluten. The gluten absorbs the excess fat from the braised pork and makes the gluten taste great. The braised pork is also relatively non-greasy, leaving you wanting more bowls of rice

No matter what spices you use, be sure to wash them before adding them to the pot

Why does gluten look like this? Remember to use hand-shredded ones. If you use cut ones, they won’t taste as good as hand-shredded ones

There is no requirement for the meat. You can like pork belly or pork front leg meat. As long as you like, boil water, blanch for three minutes and wash
-
Add a little oil in the pan and stir-fry the rock sugar until the gluten becomes brown. Stir-fry the meat. Add enough water to cover the ingredients. Add spices, MSG and soy sauce. If you like a darker color, you can add a spoonful of dark soy sauce

Simmer over medium heat until the juice is reduced
