Overview
I bought fresh tofu, put it outdoors and poured water on it when it was cold, and it froze quickly. If the weather is not cold, you can put it in the refrigerator to freeze. Cut the frozen tofu into cubes, cut the prawns into sections, and cut the cabbage diagonally into slices
