Overview
I like the aroma of mountain pepper oil and Xinhua Sanhe soup. Because of the raw materials, I made my own non-authentic version. It turned out to be unexpectedly popular and I sold them all.

Wash tripe and cut into strips

Heat the oil in the pan, add ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant, add beef and stir-fry, then add a bowl of water and cook, add chili pepper according to taste, if you are not afraid of spicy, you can add more, the color of the soup will be better

After the water boils, add light soy sauce, salt, bean sprouts, and tripe

When the tripe is cooked, add mountain pepper oil, coriander and green onions. Be careful not to cook the tripe for too long.
