Carrot, Mushroom and Pork Meatballs
Overview
Carrot, Mushroom and Pork Meatballs. The meatballs and soup taste very good together. I believe everyone likes to eat them. Hey, the meat filling can be salty when making it, because it will not be so salty after cooking. Or taste it after it is done. If it is not salty, you can add more salt.

Steps
-
Add salt, soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper, minced green onion, minced ginger, a little sugar, and 1 egg into the meat filling, and start stirring
-
After the meat filling is evenly stirred, cut the carrots, mushrooms, and green peppers into fine pieces and put them in
-
Then put oil in the bottom of the pot, chop the green part of the green onions, turn off the heat after the oil in the bottom of the pot is hot, add the chopped green onions and saute until fragrant
-
Pour the oil used to sauté the chopped green onion into the meat filling (add the oil after it cools down a bit), stir, stir evenly, then add an egg, and continue stirring.
-
Stir the meat filling and set it aside to cover. Cut the remaining carrots, mushrooms, green onions, ginger, or other vegetable trimmings into slices and set aside
-
After cutting, start boiling water. After the water boils, start to roll the meat filling into a round ball and put it into the pot. Then pour the leftover vegetables into the pot. If you like vermicelli or vermicelli, you can put a handful of it. Use a spoon to skim off the dripping foam in the pot.
-
When the vermicelli and meatballs are cooked, turn off the heat, drizzle some sesame oil, add some coriander if there is any, and serve immediately
