Overview
This carrot is prepared for children who don’t like carrots at home. Steamed carrots are mixed with glutinous rice flour and kneaded into a dough, with a soft and sweet carrot filling inside, so I gave it the name Soft-Hearted Carrot

Cut the gourd into strips and steam it, take out half and mash it into a puree, mix it with glutinous rice flour and knead it into a dough

Mix the remaining carrots with appropriate amount of sugar
