Abalone and pork ribs porridge
Overview
When we were in Jieyang before, my brother-in-law took us to eat the casserole version of abalone and pork ribs porridge. I really won’t forget the porridge. Porridge in the Chaoshan area is usually cooked in a clay pot, which is cooked over a slow fire. The Chaoshan porridge cooked in this way is fragrant. That is really time-consuming. Now I have also found a good method, which is to use a rice cooker to cook porridge, using one-fifth more water than usual to cook porridge. With this water distribution method, the cooked porridge will be full of rice fragrance and full of freshness.

Prepare ribs, dried shrimps, and dried abalone.

Prepare another half cup of rice.

Mix all the ingredients together and brew for a while.
