Sausage and rice
Overview
This time I had the opportunity to try out Hormel products and selected the Taiwanese sausages to make a sausage rice dish that the whole family liked. Our family likes to cook vegetables and rice very much in winter. This habit was developed with my parents-in-law. The elderly like sausages. If they have bad teeth, they can’t bite them. But when cooked in vegetables and rice, the sausages become very soft. Moreover, when cooked in this way, the fat is absorbed and it is not greasy at all. Moreover, the rice is full of the meaty aroma of sausages. Adding vegetables makes it more nutritious. Make a soup and you can easily make a simple and delicious lunch. If young people eat it, it is recommended to add less water to make it taste better.

Prepare raw materials.

Wash and chop green vegetables. Soak the dried shrimps in advance.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the dried shrimps and stir-fry.

Add green vegetables and stir-fry.

Add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry until the vegetables are cooked.

Dish out and set aside.

Remove desired Hormel sausage.

Cut into small pieces.

Put in oil pan and stir-fry.

Fry until both sides are lightly browned.

Add two bowls of boiling water, add washed rice, and add salt.

After boiling, put it into the rice cooker and press the cooking button or claypot button to cook.

Stir in a spoonful of lard while it's still hot.

Mix with fried vegetables and shrimp.
