Prepare materials

Put the yeast powder, salt and sugar into the warm water and stir evenly!

Mash the cooked potatoes into the flour!

Add 10 ml of oil and mixed water

Hand-made so that the skin is even! It takes about 15-20 minutes!

Add the remaining olive oil to the baking pan and spread the flour evenly!

Then cover with a damp cloth! Place in an unheated oven to ferment (this process takes 3-4 hours)

After 3 hours, take out the fermented focaccia!

Sprinkle with oregano (it’s okay if you don’t have it, it’s just as delicious!)

Then add the cherry tomatoes and sprinkle with a little salt! Wake up for another 30 minutes, during which time the oven is heated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes!
