Steamed Zucchini and Egg Dumplings
Overview
At home, my mother and sister both like to make West Lake egg steamed dumplings. I have been in bad shape these past few days, so I wanted to make it at noon to see how good my skills are. I asked my mother if she uses hot noodles!

Prepare the materials, two small West Lakes and two eggs! I put two eggs, and when I took the photo, I had three!

The fresh sea rice I used was taken out of the refrigerator and soaked in water

Add some hot water to the flour first, and finally add some cold water!

Knead the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes

Put some salt in the inserted West Lake to release some water!
