Crab Meal and Egg Buns
Overview
I was very happy to try out the Bear Pancake Machine. The trial went very smoothly. The technical task of spreading the egg skin was easily and perfectly completed with the help of the Bear Pancake Pan. It was thin but not broken, which is great!

Prepare the ingredients.

Steamed hairy crabs.

Remove the crabmeal.

Chop the sandwich meat into small pieces.

Add crab meat to rice, add green onion and ginger powder, sugar, salt, pepper and cooking wine.

Stir vigorously in one direction and refrigerate until ready to use.

Blanch the onions in boiling water until they change color, then put them into cold water and set aside.

Open the eggs, add cornstarch and a little water and mix thoroughly.

Add to the eggs and add a little salt.

Beat well.

Then pour into the batter basin.

Heat pancake pan.

Stick the egg liquid on it and heat it for about 40 seconds. The sides of the egg skin will lift up and you can easily tear it off.
