Grilled Tofu with Mushrooms
Overview
My father loves to eat soy products, especially tofu, braised tofu with green onions and some shrimp skin, tofu soup, vegetable and tofu soup, spicy tofu, cold tofu, and mushroom-roasted tofu. I also fell in love with these under the influence of my father. However, as I got older, my physical examination revealed that uric acid was high, so I gradually ate less soy products and basically stopped eating soy milk. I still ignored the occasional craving for tofu and continued to eat it! !

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut the tofu into small pieces, add some salt to a pot of boiling water, add the tofu and cook over low heat for about two minutes.

Clean the mushrooms, cut them into small pieces, and chop the green onion and ginger.

Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry onion and ginger.

Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for a few seconds until soft.

Add tofu.

Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt and sugar, stir well, add some water and cook for two to three minutes.

Finally, pour in water and starch while pushing.

Just boil it again.
