Overview
Eating eggplants when fried or burned consumes a lot of oil. Frequent consumption of dishes with high oil content is not good for your health. Then tear the eggplant into strips by hand, steam it and mix it with garlic paste to eat. It tastes good and is healthy and nutritious.
