Sausage and edamame
Overview
I cook very casually and usually make whatever ingredients are available. That day, my mother brought home-grown edamame from my hometown, so I fried the edamame with sausage. Sausage and edamame are both dishes that get better and better the more you eat them. Put them together and this dish will definitely taste better. You should try it too. Slice the sausage, slice the red pepper, and clean the edamame. The main purpose of the edamame is to remove the second layer of skin.

Cut the ginger into shreds and stir-fry the shredded ginger until fragrant (this is my personal habit, I prefer to use ginger, you don’t need to use it)

Fry the sausage slices briefly to release the oil.

Add the edamame, stir evenly, add a little water, cover and simmer over low heat for two minutes, mainly to allow the flavors of the sausage and edamame to blend.

Add the chili cubes to the pot and adjust the taste with light soy sauce and sugar. Just take it out of the pot.
