Overview
Preserved egg and lean meat porridge is a common breakfast for Cantonese people. I used to buy it when I was at work. It is delicious and not expensive. When you have no appetite for food, eating a bowl of preserved egg and lean meat porridge makes the world feel better! ! I also want my family to be able to eat such delicious food, so I just make it myself. It’s not difficult anyway, and the intention is more important, isn’t it?

Wash the pork, remove and wash the ginger.
