Beef and Broccoli in Sauce
Overview
Occasionally, I found a bag of juice specially made for beef in the Asian section of Walmart. I was curious and bought a bag to try at home. I bought beef and broccoli and started experimenting. The taste was pretty good, a bit close to the smell of oyster sauce. Later, I fried eggplant with the sauce and it was great.
