Soak seaweed in water for ten minutes (drain and set aside)

Soak the dried shrimps in water and wash them to remove impurities (remove them and set aside)

Crack 2 eggs into a bowl (mix well and set aside)

Put a little oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, put the dried shrimps into the pot and stir-fry until fragrant

Fry the shrimp until fragrant, add hot water, bring to a boil over high heat and add seaweed

After boiling again, slowly beat the egg liquid into the pot for a few seconds and then form into egg droplets

Add white pepper and salt to taste

Then drizzle a little sesame oil (you can leave it out if you don’t like sesame oil according to your personal taste)

Just sprinkle with chopped green onion
