Miso roasted pork
Overview
I bought some miso paste and often use it to cook noodles. This time I used it to stir-fry meat and it tastes good too.

Cut the cabbage into shreds, soak in water for a while and set aside

Shred carrots, onions, and peppers

Slice the pork thinly along the stripes

Grate ginger and garlic into minced ginger and minced garlic

Put the miso paste into the ginger and garlic bowl, add light soy sauce, cooking wine, and sugar and stir to form a sauce

Put the cut pork into the sauce bowl and marinate for 5 minutes (the sauce is very salty, so you don’t need to marinate for too long)

Heat oil in a pot, add carrots, green peppers, and onions, stir-fry until 6 or 7 weeks old, then take them out

Add the pork and stir-fry for about a minute (the meat is very thin, so you don’t need to fry it for too long)

Add the fried shredded vegetables and stir-fry

Finally add shredded cabbage and stir-fry

Just sprinkle some white sesame seeds before serving
