Put eggs at room temperature into a basin and add sugar.

Place a basin of warm water underneath and beat at high speed until lines appear and do not disappear easily.

First pour a portion of the cake batter, and add 5g of bean paste filling to each portion.

Cover with remaining cake batter.

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees for about 20 minutes.

After baking, turn upside down and let cool.
