Overview

Ingredients: 500 grams of fried tofu, 300 grams of streaky pork, 500 grams of chayote, vegetable oil, sugar, soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, MSG, onions, ginger, and garlic. Method: 1. Cut the fried tofu into cubes, slice the meat, slice the chayote into thin slices, mince the onion, ginger and garlic and set aside; 2. Pour vegetable oil into the pot to heat up and stir-fry the meat slices. 3. Add onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant. 4.
