Simple and delicious autumn breakfast
Overview
Autumn always feels very dry, and I have no resistance to those green vegetables. I quickly bought a handful when I saw them, and mixed the vegetables with white rice for breakfast. It was so beautiful.

Wash the cabbage and discard the roots, slice the tomatoes

Add the onions, ginger and garlic to the pan, until slightly brown.

When the onion, ginger and garlic are fragrant, add the tomatoes and stir-fry for a minute or two, then add the small oiled tofu and stir-fry for a few minutes until the tomatoes become watery.

Add green vegetables

Add an appropriate amount of salt and balsamic vinegar, depending on your personal taste.

When it's almost out of the pan, sprinkle a few drops of sesame oil.

Sprinkle another 5ml of walnut oil, because my son likes the taste of walnut oil the best.

Stir fry twice and remove. Fresh, sour and fragrant!
