Braised pork with noodles
Overview
The braised pork made by the seniors is very good. Today I will also have a pot. Recently, everyone in my family likes to eat noodles, so let’s have braised pork noodles.

Steps
-
Wash various soy sauces and ingredients and set aside.
-
Because it is used to mix noodles, cut the pork into large dices (scald the pork first), put the cut pork belly into a white pot, squeeze out the excess oil, and set aside.
-
Pour a little oil into the pot, add the peppercorns and take out the peppercorns after the aroma is released.
-
Add the ginger slices and garlic into the pot and add the chili oil and sauté until fragrant
-
Add star anise, cinnamon, dried tangerine peel, bay leaves, and dried pepper to the pot and add ginger and garlic.
-
Stir until fragrant, add pork belly and return to pot and mix well.
-
Add rock sugar, pour an equal amount of water to the meat, cover and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes
-
Open the lid after about 20 minutes, and let the juice drain away over high heat. Because I want to mix the noodles, the sauce doesn’t need to be drained too much. Leave some gravy to pour on the noodles for a more fragrant flavor.
-
The pork belly fruit is coated with a layer of sugar, which is very tempting
-
I also took a photo of a bowl of braised pork noodles. Only now when I posted it did I realize that the photo was eaten by my phone (my broken phone often crashed, leaving me without a bowl of braised pork noodles)

The finished product is in the refrigerator. I'll boil some noodles for breakfast tomorrow and add a spoonful of braised pork. It's quick, right, and delicious!
