Blueberry Roll Cookies
Overview
There is a recipe in a pocket booklet, and I have always suspected that the recipe is wrong - 100 grams of flour and 60 grams of butter, how come 5 egg yolks are used? Wouldn't the batter prepared like that be too soft? After throwing it aside for a long time, I dug it out again for the sake of blueberry jam. After thinking about it for a long time, I decided to adjust the recipe according to the usual biscuit ratio. The biscuit was still very successful, but in order to consume more blueberry sauce, I applied it vigorously. As a result, the sauce overflowed when slicing, which stained the biscuit dough a lot.
