Homemade tofu
Overview
When I didn’t have a baby, I liked to make this homemade tofu with a bit of spiciness, but now I rarely eat spicy food. There are many dishes that babies need to eat, and they taste good even if they are not spicy

Ingredients
Steps
-
Soak the tofu you bought in water for a while to remove the beany smell
-
Cut the tofu into small pieces with a knife so that it can absorb the flavor easily. Chop the ginger and green onions and set aside
-
Pour oil into the bottom of the pot and heat it up. Add onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. It should not be over high heat as it may burn.
-
When the tofu is fragrant, pour in the tofu. Do not use a spatula to stir-fry as it may break. Just shake the pot gently.
-
After watching the tofu set, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and a little salt, add a little water, and cook over high heat until the water is gone and the starch thickens
-
Sprinkle with chopped green onion before serving.
