Purple Sweet Potato Egg Tart
Overview
As for the filling, you can use it as you like. I used purple sweet potatoes readily available at home, but you can also use other fruits instead. Anyway, just put whatever you like. When baking, I put it directly on the second to last layer, 220 degrees, 20 minutes.

Reserve raw materials.
