Grilled salted fish with bamboo shoots
Overview
The salty herring tastes salty and fresh. I like to use the braised cooking method to taste the deliciousness of this dish. I add a little chili to make it slightly spicy, and pair it with winter bamboo shoots to neutralize some of the salty and fresh taste, making the dish more delicious.
