Meat floss rolls
Overview
Using homemade salad dressing and meat floss to make bread rolls tastes more unique and delicious. However, since the salad dressing is made from raw egg yolk, it is not safe to eat raw, so I only apply some salad dressing on the bread before putting it in the oven. This way, I can taste the deliciousness without worrying about it. Safety first.

Steps
-
Have all ingredients ready.
-
Mix flour, sugar, salt, milk powder, milk and eggs into a dough, knead until the sugar is completely incorporated, add yeast and knead until a rough film forms.
-
Add corn oil in 5 batches (knead the oil with the dough evenly each time before adding additional oil. You need to add a small amount of oil gradually to knead evenly), and knead until it is fully expanded (a thin film appears).
-
Let the dough rise for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
-
Take out the exhaust, place it on a piece of oil paper and roll it into the shape and size of a baking pan.
-
Place on a baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
-
After fermentation, poke some holes with a fork to release air.
-
Spread with homemade salad dressing.
-
Sprinkle with chopped green onion, sesame seeds, and chopped ham.
-
Preheat the oven, upper and lower heat, middle and lower racks, and bake at 130 degrees for 25 minutes (depending on the temperature of your oven).
-
After baking, take out and let cool.
-
Cover the front with a piece of oil paper and turn it upside down.
-
Apply a layer of honey and sprinkle with a layer of meat floss.
-
Use a rolling pin to wrap the bread with oil paper and let it set for 15 minutes.
-
Remove the oil paper, cut into sections, apply honey on both sides and cover with meat floss, and you're done.
