There are three people in the family, and I just made three large pancakes. For the first time, I got one less egg.

The cake will be thicker when the batter is thick, and the cake will be thin when the batter is thin. In order to make the pancakes taste better, I specially added an egg and a little salt.

After the middle of the dough is solidified, you can crack an egg on top, use a small wooden spatula or silicone spatula to poke the egg yolk, and gently push the egg liquid in a circle so that there is egg yolk on the entire cake.

After the pancake is formed, slowly lift the edges and turn over. After flipping it over, smear the green onions directly on it. You can use any kind of hot sauce or tomato sauce you like.
