Wash the king oyster mushrooms and red bell peppers and cut into pieces.

Add 1 tablespoon corn oil. Be sure to add a little oil to roasted vegetables, so that the roasted vegetables will be delicious and not too dry. You don’t need a lot of oil, try to use oil that is refreshing and has no obvious smell, such as corn oil, sunflower oil, etc.

1/2 tablespoon honey barbecue sauce. You can use other ready-made wing or barbecue ingredients.

First cover the basket of the air fryer with a layer of tin foil, then add the king oyster mushrooms and colored peppers. Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. The temperature and time are for reference, because everyone's machine is different and the oven operates the same.
