How to make pork breasts (honey-glazed pork breasts in the oven)
Overview
My favorite pork breast when I was a kid, it was dry and chewy. I tried making it today and it was a great success. It tastes great. You can also season it according to your own preferences. I will make honey pork breast first, and then I will find time to try other flavors

Steps
-
Use a meat grinder to grind the pork until fine
-
Add sugar to the pork filling
-
Add 2 tablespoons cooking wine
-
Add chicken powder, salt and dark soy sauce
-
Slowly add water in batches, stir vigorously in one direction, then add white sesame seeds, stir evenly
-
Place the seasoned pork filling on the tin foil and spread it out slightly with the back of a spoon

Then spread a layer of plastic wrap on top and roll it out with a rolling pin. The thinner the better
-
After rolling out, move the tin foil to the baking tray and remove the plastic wrap
-
Brush the surface with a layer of honey and put it in the oven to bake. After preheating the oven to 200 degrees for 10 minutes, put it in and bake it at 180 degrees for 10 minutes (the baking time and temperature are for reference only)
-
After taking it out, cover it with another piece of tinfoil, turn it over, and peel off the tinfoil
-
Brush the other side with honey, sprinkle with sesame seeds, put it back in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 8 minutes, until the moisture on both sides is dry and golden brown, and it's ready to be taken out of the oven
-
After cooling, cut into appropriate size
