Double pepper potato chips
Overview
The sky has been cloudy, and it has been raining since last night. I didn’t plan to go home for lunch today. I got up early, made tortillas, fried potato chips, and packed them to take to work as a lunch box.

Peel and slice the baby potatoes into thin slices.

Wash away the starch with water.

Cut green and red peppers into segments.

Put appropriate amount of oil in the pot and saute the pepper until fragrant.

Add potato slices and stir-fry.

Add appropriate amount of water, salt and a small amount of soy sauce, cover and simmer, stirring frequently.

When the soup is gone and the potatoes are soft, turn off the heat and add sesame oil to taste.
