Leftover meat version of hot noodle soup (steamed meat)
Overview
On a cold morning, warm noodle soup is a warm start to a busy day! 😉 When I woke up in the morning, it was still raining lightly outside. It was such a cold morning! It's a pity that I am a person who enjoys cloudy weather. The air is good on rainy days! The grass grows very fast. When I was in my hometown, I would go to the fields to eat cucumbers after the rain! 😜 Use yesterday’s leftover steamed meat to make a hot bowl of leftover meat version of hot noodle soup!

Steps
-
I didn’t eat the steamed meat yesterday, so I can be lazy and cook a bowl of noodle soup in the morning!
-
Shred the kohlrabi, slice the cucumber, peel half of the tomatoes and chop half of them into slices, and chop the green onion and ginger.
-
There is little oil in the pot, add onions and ginger and stir-fry. After sautéing until fragrant, add the chopped tomatoes and stir-fry until they turn red, then add the beef cabbage. Put the leftover steamed meat into a pot and heat water.
-
After the soup boils, add the noodles and cook until the noodles are cooked. Add cucumber slices, tomato slices, and braised eggs.
-
When the noodles are cooked until cooked, cover and simmer for two minutes, then simply season.
