Prepare the ingredients and wash the white radish.

Cut half a white radish into thin slices without peeling. Sprinkle with a little salt. Grip evenly and set aside for an hour to drain the radish water.

Smash the garlic, slice the ginger, dice the spicy millet, appropriate amount of rock sugar, vinegar and light soy sauce and set aside.

Pour in two tablespoons of mature vinegar and light soy sauce to cover the ginger slices and garlic.

After 1 hour, the water will drain out of the radish.
