Mexican Chicken Burrito

Marinate chicken breasts. Sprinkle a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of black pepper, and a spoonful of cajun powder on the chicken breasts and stir evenly.

Pan-fried chicken breast. Heat a pan and pour in salad oil. When the oil is heated until smoking, pour in the marinated chicken breasts and fry over low heat.

Sauté the onions. When the chicken breasts are half cooked, add the onions and sauté until soft.

Sauté vegetables. When the onions are soft, add the bell peppers. After the bell peppers are cooked, add a spoonful of salt and stir-fry evenly.

Mix in cheese. Remove from heat and stir in mascarpone cheese.

Warm the dough and arrange the burritos. Place the lettuce on the dough, place the chicken breasts on the lettuce, roll the dough and enjoy~
