Wash the tofu soaked

Soak tofu in hot water

Thaw and wash shrimps

Flatten the shrimp with the side of a knife

Flatten all the shrimps and chop them into minced shrimps with a knife

Add salt, sugar, cooking wine and a little water to the minced shrimp and marinate for 5 minutes
